Une salle de signature avec une identité forte
Les associés souhaitaient une salle de signature qui ne passe pas inaperçue. L’objectif de ce projet d’architecture tertiaire était de créer un espace avec une identité forte, qui puisse marquer les esprits dès leur entrée tout en valorisant l’image de l’étude.
Ce nouvel aménagement vient s’inscrire dans un ensemble existant à la décoration déjà affirmée, renforçant ainsi la cohérence globale et l’identité visuelle des lieux.
Une palette de couleur en continuité avec l’existant
Les autres espaces de l’office notarial se distinguaient déjà par une palette très colorée et dynamique. S’inscrivant dans une continuité esthétique, le choix d’un bleu électrique s’est naturellement imposé comme fil conducteur du projet. À la fois audacieuse et élégante, cette teinte de bleu structure l’espace.
Cette palette de couleur est subtilement équilibrée par des touches de laiton et des éléments végétaux, pour réchauffer l’atmosphère et rendre l’espace accueillant. Ces contrastes permettent d’éviter toute sensation de froideur tout en affirmant un parti pris esthétique fort.
Un aménagement au service de l’expérience client
L’organisation de la salle a été pensée pour fluidifier les échanges et améliorer l’expérience des clients. On trouve un tapis central graphique qui structure l’espace et crée un point focal autour duquel s’articulent les différents usages.
Trois assises aux lignes courbes accueillent les clients face à un écran, facilitant les interactions et la présentation des documents. Cette configuration favorise une posture plus détendue, en rupture avec les codes traditionnels souvent associés aux espaces notariaux.
En face, les notaires prennent place sur des fauteuils indépendants, offrant à la fois confort et flexibilité dans la conduite des rendez-vous.
Une mise en scène sobre et maîtrisée de la signature
Une table de signature haute constitue l'élément central de ce projet. Volontairement positionnée légèrement à l’écart de l’espace, elle crée une séquence dans l’espace, en distinguant clairement le temps d’échange du moment de signature.
Mise en valeur sans être ostentatoire, cette table offre un cadre propice à la concentration et souligne le caractère solennel de l’acte, tout en restant en cohérence avec l’ambiance contemporaine et accueillante de la pièce.

A signing room with a strong identity
The partners wanted a signing room that would stand out. The aim of this coprorate architecture project was to create a space with a strong identity, capable of making an impact from the moment clients enter while enhancing the image of the office.
This new layout integrates into an existing setting with an already distinctive decoration, reinforcing the overall coherence and the visual identity of the space.
A color palette in continuity with the existing design
The other areas of the notary office already featured a bold and dynamic color palette. In keeping with this aesthetic continuity, the choice of an electric blue naturally became the guiding thread of the project. Both daring and elegant, this shade structures the space.
This color palette is subtly balanced with brass accents and plant elements, bringing warmth and making the space more welcoming. These contrasts prevent any sense of coldness while asserting a strong design statement.
A layout designed for the client experience
The organization of the room was designed to facilitate exchanges and enhance the client experience. A central graphic rug structures the space and creates a focal point around which different uses are arranged.
Three seats with curved lines welcome clients facing a screen, facilitating interactions and document presentations. This configuration encourages a more relaxed posture, breaking away from the traditional codes often associated with notary spaces.
Opposite, the notaries are seated on independent armchairs, offering both comfort and flexibility during meetings.
A refined and controlled staging of the signing moment
A high signing table is the central feature of this project. Deliberately positioned slightly apart from the main area, it creates a spatial sequence, clearly distinguishing the discussion phase from the signing moment.
Highlighted without being ostentatious, this table provides a setting conducive to concentration and emphasizes the solemn nature of the act, while remaining consistent with the contemporary and welcoming atmosphere of the room.
