Construction of a wooden showroom

L’objectif de ce projet d'architecture commerciale était double :
- Proposer un espace showroom haut de gamme dédié à l’accueil de professionnels de la mode.
- Construire un espace studio pour les propriétaires de la belle villa située à quelques mètres.
Les habitants, grâce à ce projet, pourraient éviter des déplacements et combiner plus agréablement leurs objectifs professionnels et leur vie familiale. Le but du showroom était de permettre de lancer la saison, de proposer des vêtements de créateurs et de recevoir les revendeurs.
Les délais étaient très courts et le budget global ne donnait que peu de liberté.
La réalisation devait ainsi être rapide, peu coûteuse mais aussi très identifiable dans un secteur résidentiel. L'architecte s’est orienté sur une structure bois pour donner un style remarquable à cette architecture et gagner un temps précieux pour la réalisation grâce à la préfabrication.
L’espace paysager devant le module a été retravaillé avec une belle piscine et un agréable espace jardin afin d’intégrer au mieux ce volume tout en préservant l’intimité de l’espace d’habitation existant.
The objective of this commercial architecture project was twofold:
- To create a high-end showroom space dedicated to welcoming fashion professionals.
- To build a studio space for the owners of the beautiful villa located just a few meters away.
Thanks to this project, the residents could avoid traveling and more pleasantly combine their professional objectives with family life. The purpose of the showroom was to launch the season, offer designer clothing, and host retailers.
The deadlines were very tight, and the overall budget allowed little flexibility.
The execution had to be fast, cost-effective, yet highly recognizable in a residential area. The architect chose a wooden structure to give a remarkable style to the architecture and save precious time through prefabrication.
The landscaped area in front of the module was redesigned with a beautiful pool and a pleasant garden space to integrate the volume harmoniously while preserving the privacy of the existing living area.
