Cet appartement haussmannien de 100m² était auparavant loué par une entreprise et ne présentait pas les caractéristiques d'un lieu de vie habitable.
Cette rénovation était un réel défi pour l’architecte d’intérieur. D’une part, il fallait transformer cette surface en lieu d’habitation élégant et fonctionnel. D’autre part, il fallait allier l'esprit contemporain aux lignes classiques de l'haussmannien comme le souhaitait le propriétaire.
Cet appartement est désormais chaleureux où le blanc domine, avec quelques pièces très foncées qui viennent apporter du contraste.
This 100m² Haussmann-style apartment was previously rented by a company and did not have the characteristics of a livable home.
This renovation was a real challenge for the interior designer. On the one hand, the task was to transform this surface into an elegant and functional living space. On the other hand, it was necessary to combine a contemporary spirit with the classical lines of the Haussmann style, as desired by the owner.
The apartment is now warm and welcoming, with white as the dominant color, contrasted by a few very dark elements that add depth and character.
