Aimé Ménilmontant est un bistrot de quartier à vins naturels qui propose du bio local sourcé. À mi-chemin entre le food market et le bistrot d’antan, le design puise son inspiration dans les stands du marché. Le calepinage des structures métalliques et l’ondulation des bâches ont orienté nos premières esquisses. Contrebalancé par les matières et éclairages issus des bistrots parisiens, Aimé Ménilmontant est un antre chaleureux, hybride et actuel.
Attaché à l’histoire qui a forgé le quartier, Aimé participe à son renouveau : un quartier en constante évolution, dynamique et novateur.
Ce projet d'architecture commerciale a été conçu en partenariat avec Alexandre Arzuman pour la charte graphique.

Aimé Ménilmontant is a neighborhood bistrot specializing in natural wines and offering locally sourced organic products. Positioned halfway between a food market and a traditional bistrot, the design draws inspiration from market stalls. The layout of the metal structures and the undulation of the tarpaulins guided our initial sketches. Balanced by materials and lighting from Parisian bistrots, Aimé Ménilmontant is a warm, hybrid, and contemporary space.
Committed to the history that shaped the neighborhood, Aimé contributes to its renewal: a constantly evolving, dynamic, and innovative area.
